Currently calling State College his base of operations, Solis was born in San Diego, California and spent much of his early life in southern Florida until he found himself in on Long Island, New York. There he attended John L. Miller Great Neck North High School. Ingrained within the fast-paced lifestyle of New York, Solis immediately fell in love with sports media.  His interest in the world of sports gave him the opportunities to experiment with media, working on several different publications related to the profession. Elite Daily, The Daily Collegian, Anton Newspapers and MLB Advanced Media were among the primary organizations for which he worked. Today, Solis continues to add to his craft. Most recently he has added photography and social media management to his arsenal, one he is prepare to unleash when called upon.
